The Language Center at the University of Zakho is pleased to announce that it has been granted a third Certificate of Authorization by ETS from January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023. This certificate is granted annually to all qualified TOEFL iBT Test Centers around the globe. Our TOEFL iBT Test Center is managed by highly qualified personnel who have successfully fulfilled all the certification requirements for the delivery of ETS and internet-based test, including;

1. Providing a sufficient number of computers with the necessary technical specifications and internet bandwidth to support ETS’s internet-based tests.
2. Meeting ETS required layout specifications.
3. Personnel administering ETS tests have successfully completed Test Center Administrator (TCA) certification training and passed the TCA certification exam.
